12.30.020 Unlawful deposit of snow or other precipitation on city streets.

It shall be unlawful for any person removing snow from a sidewalk or driveway leading from a business or residence to deposit said snow or other material in a street maintained and plowed for purposes of snow removal by the city. [Ord. 01-19-2010A § 1].
