Each department head shall submit to the city manager on an annual basis an inventory of all supplies, equipment, fleet, tools, furnishings, or other materials procured by the city, with associated replacement values. This section shall apply to office stationery. As this section applies to fleet, this report shall also include the age and odometer reading of each vehicle. [Ord. 06-18-2013A § 2].
