A. This chapter does not apply to the product inventories of fireworks manufacturers, importers, distributors, or wholesalers designated for shipment directly out of state.

B. Utah State Division of Wildlife Resources and federal game agents charged with the duty of managing wildlife resources may, without obtaining a permit or license, use fireworks and explosives to rally, drive, or otherwise disperse concentrations of wildlife as may be necessary to protect property or wildlife resources.

C. The fire chief, acting for the city, or authorized agent, may conduct, permit, or regulate the discharge of Class B fireworks, and pyrotechnic displays held inside public buildings and property. [Code 2000 § 16-7-10].
