5.50.090 Suspension.
This section is included in your selections.
The city shall suspend a license for a period of not less than 10 days nor more than 30 days if it determines that a licensee or an employee of a licensee has:
A. Violated or is not in compliance with any section of this title;
B. Refused to allow an inspection of the sexually oriented business premises as authorized by this chapter. [Code 2000 § 16-12-9].
