It is unlawful for any business licensed for the sale or consumption of alcohol pursuant to city ordinances to allow any person on the premises to dance, model, or be, or perform in a state of semi-nudity without first obtaining a license pursuant to this chapter. Semi-nude dancing shall be allowed only in Class C restaurants, private clubs and Class D taverns. [Code 2000 § 16-12-16].
