A. An escort agency shall not employ any person under the age of 18 years.

B. A person commits an offense if the person acts as an escort or agrees to act as an escort for any person under the age of 18 years.

C. In addition to the restrictions set forth in WPCC 5.50.100 applying to any escort agency’s premises, said restrictions also apply to the conduct of the employee during the period of time that the escort service is provided, regardless of location. [Code 2000 § 16-12-21].
