5.50.230 Prohibition against children in a sexually oriented business.

A person commits a misdemeanor if the person allows another under the age of 18 years on the premises of a sexually oriented business. A licensee has an affirmative obligation to ensure that no person on the premises is under the age of 18. [Code 2000 § 16-12-23].
