The Uniform Bail Schedule as promulgated by the Judicial Council’s Standing Committee on the Uniform Bail Schedule, pursuant to Rule 4-302 of the Code of Judicial Administration, as it is presently established and as it may be amended from time to time, is adopted for use in the prosecution of all offenses commenced pursuant to the provisions of the West Point City criminal code.
