Any person under 18 years of age who is habitually truant from school, uses intoxicants or drugs, is habitually in violation of the curfew, or has violated any state law or any provision of any ordinance of West Point City, or who deports himself or herself so as to injure or endanger the morals or health of himself or herself or others shall be deemed a delinquent child and shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
