In adopting this policy, the city recognizes the following sections of the Government Records Access and Management Act and adopts by reference the following statutes’ provisions and any amendments thereto as part of this chapter. Any inconsistency or conflict between this chapter and the following referenced statutes shall be governed by the state statute.
