A. Class “A.” The offering of mechanical and/or electronic amusement devices as a secondary activity of the establishment. No more than three such amusement devices are allowed at any location.

B. Class “B.” The offering of mechanical and/or electronic amusement devices as the primary activity of the establishment. Any number of mechanical and/or electronic amusement devices up to the number that can be effectively supervised and policed by the management of the establishment, as determined by inspection by the police chief or his agent, are allowed at the licensed location.
