A. The provisions of Titles 30, 32A, 41, 58, 76 and 77 of the Utah Criminal and Traffic Code, 1992 Edition, and subsequent editions, as compiled, prepared and published in book form by the Utah Department of Public Safety, are hereby approved and adopted as the criminal code for West Point City.

B. Whenever the context so indicates or requires, the name of West Point City or any of its agencies or officers shall be used in place of any state agencies or offices used in the said Utah Criminal and Traffic Code, 1992 Edition, to the extent necessary to implement the intent of adopting the criminal code as referred to herein.
