The portions of Titles 30, 32A, 41, 58, 76 and 77, set forth in the Utah Criminal and Traffic Code, 1992 Edition, which make illegal certain conduct, the penalty or penalties for violations of which exceed the maximum penalty or penalties which may be imposed by West Point City, are not adopted by the terms of WPCC 9.05.010.
